A change is flagged

Customer payments are slowing.

Our team checks overdue invoices and upcoming bills.

NeoRise Advisory calls

“Several invoices are overdue and your BAS payment is coming up. Let’s check what is due in and agree the next steps.”

A flag becomes a conversation. Not just another report.

An example of a follow-up conversation, not a client result or a live alert.

You need more than someone to lodge the forms.

Who is checking between lodgements?

Someone should be reviewing the books, chasing missing records and tracking what is due.

Tax and GST still feel like a surprise.

A bill arrives with little explanation of why, what to prepare for or which decisions need advice.

Cash is tight. Your accountant is the last to know.

You need a team watching customer payments, upcoming bills and the pressure in between.

Keep the records in order. Understand what needs attention.

Bookkeeping and compliance, plus tax and GST guidance, agreed checks and regular conversations. These are some of the areas we review—not a fixed limit on your service.

Business accounting & compliance

A monthly service.
A scope that fits.

Bookkeeping, tax and GST guidance, compliance oversight and agreed checks, with one accounting team. Your quote depends on transaction volume, staff, entities, the state of your records and the checks we agree.

From$1,500per month

AUD, excluding GST.

We confirm what’s included, your responsibilities and the final fee before work begins. Catch-up work and additional services are agreed separately.

Discuss your accounting

SMSF services are quoted separately from business accounting.

A separate service

SMSF accounting & tax.

Annual accounts, tax return and reporting for your self-managed super fund, under its own agreed scope.

Quoted separately. SMSF work is not part of the monthly business accounting service. Support for SMSF setup can also be scoped separately.

SMSF accounting and tax work does not include personal financial-product or investment advice.

Discuss your SMSF
  1. Annual accounts & member reporting

Financial statements and the fund’s member records.

  2. SMSF annual return

Preparation of the fund’s annual return.

  3. Independent audit coordination

Coordination of records and queries with an independent SMSF auditor.

  4. Lodgement

Lodgement of the fund’s annual return.

Changing accountants

You don’t have to organise the switch alone.

With your permission, we request records from your current accountant and check what needs attention next.

  1. Tell us what’s missing

What isn’t working, and what you need from your accountant.

  2. Approve the handover

You authorise us to request the agreed records from your current accountant.

  3. We check the position

Completed work, outstanding lodgements, records and upcoming deadlines.

  4. Agree the next steps

The work, any catch-up, responsibilities and fees—before we proceed.

Accounting, tax and agreed checks sit with NeoRise Advisory. If you need detailed cash-flow forecasting, an improvement plan, ongoing CFO advice or custom dashboards, NeoRise.ai offers these as a separately scoped service.

You don’t need both. Any additional work is discussed and agreed first.

A few things you may be wondering.

What happens when a check flags something?

Our team reviews the records and context first. If it needs your attention, we call to explain what we have noticed and agree the next step. A flag is a reason to investigate, not a conclusion on its own.

Will we meet regularly to discuss the numbers?

Yes. We agree a review schedule to suit your service, then go through your results, cash, costs and upcoming obligations together. Tax planning for the next financial year can form part of these conversations.

Can we ask for tax and GST guidance between lodgements?

Yes. You do not have to wait for year end to raise a question. We agree the guidance your service covers and confirm any separately scoped work before proceeding.

What if cash flow starts to get tight?

We review the agreed cash balances, overdue invoices, upcoming bills and tax payments in your records, and contact you if a check flags pressure that needs action. Tell us about changes we cannot yet see. Detailed forecasting or a wider recovery plan can be scoped separately.

Do you watch our business all the time?

No. Automated checks support ongoing monitoring of agreed information; they are not round-the-clock human supervision. What is checked, how often data updates and how we follow up are agreed for your service. Monitoring cannot identify every issue.

What do you need from us?

Complete, timely records and permission to access the agreed information. We confirm which records we need and how they are shared. You still review and approve information for lodgement and tell us about relevant business changes.

Do we need to change accounting software?

Not necessarily. We assess your existing software and records first. Any new connection, setup or software change is agreed before proceeding.

Can you help if our books or lodgements are behind?

Yes. We assess what is complete, overdue or needs correcting. Catch-up work is agreed separately before we rely on the records for ongoing monitoring.

Does monitoring include a full payroll compliance audit?

No. Checking payroll costs and unusual entries is not a full review of employee entitlements or all payroll obligations. A wider payroll review needs its own agreed scope.

Is this the same as NeoRise.ai advisory?

No. NeoRise Advisory provides accounting, tax and agreed monitoring. NeoRise.ai offers deeper commercial analysis, improvement planning, CFO support and tailored systems under a separate engagement. You can use either service on its own.

How much does it cost?

Business accounting and compliance starts from $1,500 per month (AUD), excluding GST. Your quote depends on your business, records, obligations and monitoring needs. SMSF services are quoted separately. See scope and pricing

Does SMSF accounting include investment advice?

No. SMSF accounting and tax work does not include personal financial-product or investment advice. Needs outside that scope are referred to an appropriately licensed adviser.

Let’s talk about your accounting.

Tell us what you’re not getting from your current accountant—or ask about separate SMSF support. We’ll discuss the work you need and what a handover could involve.
