This page is for people who use, or are thinking about using, our accounting and tax services. Those services are provided by NeoRise Advisory Pty Ltd, a registered tax agent. Business advisory and CFO services from NeoRise Consulting Pty Ltd (NeoRise.ai) are not tax agent services.

Our registration
NeoRise Advisory Pty Ltd is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) as a tax agent, registration number 26357549.
You can check our registration, and any matters recorded against it, on the TPB public register.
What you can expect from us
As a registered tax agent we must comply with the Code of Professional Conduct in the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. In practice that means we will:
- act honestly and with integrity, and in your best interests;
- keep your information confidential, unless the law requires or permits us to disclose it;
- tell you about any conflict of interest and manage it;
- provide our services competently, with reasonable care, and within a reasonable time;
- tell you about your rights and obligations under the taxation laws that relate to the services we provide.

What we need from you
- Give us complete and accurate information, and tell us promptly if something changes.
- Keep the records the law requires you to keep.
- Check what we prepare for you before you approve it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information in your tax returns and statements.
- Please do not send tax file numbers or sensitive records through our website forms or by ordinary email. We will tell you how to send documents securely.
Making a complaint
Talk to us first. Please raise any concern with your contact or with Armin Hashemi CPA at support@neorise.ai or on 1800 714 202. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days, keeping you informed along the way. Our full process is in section 15 of our Accounting & Tax Terms of Business.
Complain to the TPB. You can also complain to the Tax Practitioners Board about a registered tax practitioner, using the TPB's online complaints form. See how to make a complaint to the TPB. The TPB encourages you to try to resolve the issue with the practitioner first.
